    Look at the date of the post. Darknet posted this in January 2007, I’m sure the list was up-to-date then.

    Since this is a list of default passwords, I’m sure they don’t change therefore the list is relevant, the only thing that is missing is more recent equipment.

    Also, if you follow the link, it is dated at the top of the page.
