This really is a great tool. When it comes to windows pc's I am seeing more and more effected systems from Application exploits as opposed to OS exploits. This is the perfect tool to solve this problem. Not only did I install it on all my kids machines and keep them updated once a week (since it reminds me when things go insecure) but I also installed it on several other family members Win PC's. The only issue I find with this software is 2 problems, the first is adobe and the 2nd is java. This is cause by the 3rd party, and the way the software is installed/deinstalled. You have to run adobe's uninstall program then reboot then it will recognize the new version is patched. For java, you have to manually go into the directories and delete the older versions of java (which don't uninstall themselves especially <1.5), then when uninstalled you download the new version and it will update and show everything patched. Other then those 2 issues, my 60 programs get patched easily using the download solution tool provided within the program just fine. Excellent tool IMHO.
