"i strongly believe if someone notice abuse of website’s, phishing, malware propagation, and other illegal activities
that that person is reporting it…"

Not really. not many people bother about reporting it as they are so damn busy in their own lives.. there are 3 type of internet users:

1. Not educated about spam/phishing who eventually become victims (very high percentage)
2. Aware of spam and phishing, but DONT bother reporting it. they laugh and forget about it.. Again a very HIGH percentage.
3. Then a bunch of those who find it and report it.. and Unfortunately its still a very small percentage...

I hope things change soon and people start caring about this privilege given to them .. called internet

If intercage is anything like the previous Russian Business Network, it will take these reports of abuse and file them straight in the bin.

''There is definitely a potential for abuse here and it’s something that needs to be watched. More people need to take time to submit abuse reports, headers and IP addresses to the upstream providers, data centers and hosts involved''

more people? i strongly believe if someone notice abuse of website's, phishing, malware propagation, and other illegal activities
that that person is reporting it...

but what does the ISP's do with those reports? are a few reports enough to check it out...? or are they checking it out and actually doing something about it if there are more then 10-15 reports? (or are those reports never checked by anyone)

id say hire some people to check your clients what the heck there actually doing, i mean 25 percent to 50 percent of its revenue...
looks like they are paying extra for doing whatever they want and be a happely costumer of intercage.

cheers,
