		<description>Aw, what a pain!  Can&#039;t believe you found them all though, guess that&#039;s testimate to what&#039;s out there; for good and for bad.  But for now, backup yr mysql db nightly with something like:

mysqldump --user=$DB_USER --password=$DB_PASSWD --all-databases &#124; bzip2 &gt; $DB_BACKUP/mysql-`date +%Y-%m-%d`.bz2

Then either rotate or have a script whack any files older than 7 days or sumthin.  I wouldn&#039;t want you to go through that nightmare again!</description>

		<description>Aw, searching through Google Cache to recover lost posts - sounds familiar to me! Had to do a reinstall a few months ago, lost 100% of my database due to missing backups :( Still had the WP-files though, so I didn&#039;t have to customize my theme to fit my needs again.</description>
