Slavasoft has produced fsum for the CLI and HashCalc with a GUI.
http://www.slavasoft.com/fsum/
Fsum will deliver MD5 and several other hashes, from CRC32 to SHA512.
I have been using fsum with a batch wrapper for file integrity checking on some of my more attractive machines with great success.
